Legendary song, but how do they sound now?

A-Ha played to a record crowd of approximately 198,000 at Rock in Rio 1991, and Morten, Magne, and Pal were invited back to participate in the 30 year anniversary of the legendary event. This also coincided with the 30 year anniversary of the band, so they found it a natural fit and wanted to reunite for the event, despite having disbanded in 2010.

A-ha has been igniting audiences in a special way in Brazil and the rest of South America for many years, far beyond what they have experienced in other countries, even though they have a great following in Europe, Russia, and surrounding areas.

We know that our friends in Brazil and Argentina are excited about the current Cast in Steel Tour, with recent stops in their cities! Morten, Mags, Pal and the band have rocked not only Rio de Janeiro, but also Brasilia, Curitaba, Fortaleza, Recife, and Sao Paulo. Earlier, Buenos Aires, Argentina was happy to welcome A-Ha.

But if you are in the US, you might think of A-ha as a one hit wonder, that one hit being “Take On Me”, of course. There’s a chance you might be familiar with “The Sun Always Shines on TV”, another early mega-hit from the band.
